”Room access must be resolved , 4 times changed or reprogrammed keys to access both booked rooms . Check in was delayed almost for an hour”

We got to our room and started unpacking, and the couple who checked in behind us used their key card to open the door to our room! We were all shocked! They had been given keys to our room with our room number clearly written on the card holder. ”We had a great time at Ponte. Traveling with a two year old we need to find hotels that accommodate our family. Ponte gave us everything restaurants, pool, wine, entertainment and a beautiful view.”

”Nice place with a spacious suite and beautiful bathroom. Grounds were nice, only complaint is they must put blackout shades on the windows as with the current drapes the room was sunshine filled at 6am each morning.”

”I liked how there were 3 different wineries to choose from. The room was very small and the bathroom showers water pressure were very low. I would definitely stay again but will choose a bigger room or the casita.”

”Start with positive, the people we spoke with were very nice. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. However, my husband and I came early asked to check in early. They said they were totally booked and we couldn’t check in early, which was fine. It was worth a shot.
