”Hotel is good. Could use a little updating. The room was spacious and very nice. The breakfast was average, nothing special but it came with the room. The wine tasting room seemed dark, It is on the lower level and not much natural light. It was a beautiful day when we went down there, after one glass, we wanted to leave and be outside. Overall, the hotel is ok, it was worth the $$. ”

”The breakfast options are very poor. The Italian shoppe… breakfast options were not very well thought out. Some of the options are served in paper plates, and the egg and toast dishes are served on a plastic tray… and you have to eat them with plastic ware… they break very frequently, getting plastic remains in your food. Toast wasn’t toast, it wasn’t even forcacia bread.. very dense and doughy. Simple coffee choices , weren’t so simple . Not a good value for the price that was paid . Just...

”The check-in staff was pleasant. Rooms are a bit tired, not properly cleaned each day, and amenities are not replenished. The in-room fridge iced up, and all the shelves were completely broken.”

”First time being here at this hotel and enjoyed the views, atmosphere, food and drinks. The staff were kind and informative. Only thing is during the 3rd stay, I found some ants. Not sure because we were located downstairs and when we went outside of the patio it got in. However, overall experience was great!”

”The resort has surveillance cameras installed outside guest room doors that emit a bright flash at night. There are also cameras positioned overlooking the jacuzzi, pool, and rest areas. This setup was unexpected and made the environment feel uncomfortable, which affected our overall sense of privacy during the stay.”

”A beautiful property in a great location. The staff was very friendly and responsive. But note if you would like daily room service (bed made, new towels, etc.) you will need to ask and they will accommodate you. ”

”The receptionist who checked us in was extremely helpful and very, very kind about allowing us to get an early check-in so we could prepare for the wedding that we were there to attend. ”Hotellihuoneessa oli todella vahva pesuaineen (?) haju. Jouduimme tuulettamaan huonetta, jotta pystyimme olemaan siellä. Kyselimme asiaa henkilökunnalta, mutta meille tarjottiin vain toista ainetta hajun peittämiseksi. Hotelli on muuten täysin uudenveroinen, hintaan kuuluu kattava aamiainen ja parkkipaikka oli helppo löytää hotellin omalta alueelta. Lisäpisteitä huoneiston keittiöstä, jossa pystyi hyvin valmistamaan ruokaa. Lähellä Temeculan vanhaa kaupunkia. ”
