”Just picked this hotel because it is near airport. Arrived late evening and left early in morning so I do not have a lot to say, but everything went smooth and stuff were friendly. Nice and clean room.”

”Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about. We also booked the airport shuttle via email...

”The room was clean and everything worked out great with the check-in with Maurizio, despite a small language barrier. We also used the airport transfer and that worked great. Our problem was with the bed & breakfast's "breakfast" which was only coffee/tea and water. Apparently they had stopped serving breakfast half a year ago, but it had not been updated on the hotels.com site. This would not have been a problem, but the customer service when asked about this was quite poor. ”
