”Grubby room. Bathroom was dirty. No air con. Bed comfy but definitely wouldn’t stay again.”

”We loved the hotel.. It was clean and quiet. Unfortunately shower faucet was faulty and the shower pressure was a little low but we did manage with it.. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. There wasn't even cheese on the bread however, the fresh fruits cheered us up. ”

”Hotel convenient for Alexander stadium. Staff helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was good for dinner and the breakfast was a great selection and quality. Unfortunately our tv or air conditioning didn’t work in the bedroom which let it down. Plus neighbours were in and out of the rooms slamming doors all night (not the hotels fault - but really noisy - we were by an outside door also so more footfall passing by) Fantastic to have a pool and additional facilities, but the pool area...

”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”This has become like our local. We love the hotel, it’s close to the shopping centre, lovely little area, good for children and peaceful. The only issue we found is the mattress was heavily stained, they could do with looking at these as the cleaners would notice this when making the bed and don’t pick up on it. Other than that, we still enjoyed our stay.”
