”We would absolutely book this hotel again. We had two suites. Just a small FYI the suite with the two queen beds is much larger than the studio suite with one king. We loved having connecting suites. The amenities were amazing. We took advantage of all the things the hotel had to offer, and it really made our stay so amazing.”

”I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor.”

”For a newer hotel, the rooms were pretty beat up already. Bathroom wallpaper peeling, furniture chipped scratched, grout stained and yucky. No housekeeping service during my stay either. Not sure if that is a service they don't offer or if it was an oversight. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.”

”This was an unusually poor hotel. It started with the front desk staff that couldn't have been more unwelcoming. We aren't particular about having room service clean the room, but the desk said they would. They didn't. Different desk staff said they would after three nights. They didn't. Finally, after four nights they cleaned the room. On each of the previous nights, I would have to talk to the unwelcoming front desk and respectfully ask for fresh towels and more coffee. ”**THERE IS A CITY GARBAGE BURNING FACILITY RIGHT UP THE ROAD** This hotel sucks! They have a pool, and that's really it. The location is not really that far from Downtown Madison, but its not really in a good location. It's at the end of a road with no outlet so getting to/from the hotel is a bit of a hassle. The rooms are tiny, king size bed was decent sleep. The WiFi isn't great and the TV is tiny so watching from the bed is not a great experience. There is no workout room, which the...

”You get what you get with this price. Don't have high expectations. Sheets were dirty and shower was gross. There was a weird alarm before we went to sleep. We didnt bother to go for breakfast but left as soon as possible. Without the gross shower it wouldve been average stay in the states. ”

”The hotel on the outside look very nice and kept up, however, inside the rooms were defiantly dated, the beds were due for a new mattress; and to be secured to the wall since our bed legit came off the ground, there were cracks in the sink / the grout, and the walls. ”3 people in the room, Given 2 bath towels and told that was all they had. One family member had to dry with hand towels. Breakfast was ok but not restocked and again "ran out" of basics like yogurt. Hotel is near apartment building that can be loud at times. It was close to places we wanted to visit.”
