”Overall enjoyable stay. There was some unfinished construction/remodeling in some of the hallways which was a bit off-putting. Pool area had a sign up that the hot tub was out of order, but it seemed to be functioning when I tried it. When I first entered my room, there was an odd dust-like substance on part of the comforter and on the floor next to the HVAC unit. I wiped it with a towel. The room was otherwise clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very ideal for me....

”Breakfast was spectacular. Elevator takes forever and is small; so plan on waiting or use stairs. Pet friendly. Pool was packed and the other guests were extremely rude, throwing items at my daughter causing severe welts and bruises. While this is not the hotels fault; there should be a max capacity for pool guests as it was so busy it was unenjoyable. Luggage carts are in the shape of a triangle and not sturdy, your luggage will fall right off. ”

”The place was ok. I guess you get what you pay for. The front desk person was either untrained or not willing to help. He was rude and unhelpful when I tried to make a reservation over the phone, I had to do it online and when I came in, the check-in was very slow; but the worst part is when I asked about the EV charger in the property, he pointed outside and flat out said "it's out there, I'm new here, I can't help you and don't know anything about it"”

”Stayed here a couple years ago and was very impressed. Just stayed here again and was not so impressed. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water, called front desk and was told i had to let water run for 20 - 25 minutes for it to get warm. Well we did that and only had warm/hot water for 5 minutes. Then when the water was warm, the shower mad this high pitched noise, that I am surprised didn't we didn't get a noise complaint.
