Great Wolf Lodge Naples
Everything about the GWL was perfect. The staff properly greets everyone upon arrival and departure, the wolf was very kind, customer service was very helpful, informative. Building was spotless. We had an amazing time, excited to come back.

Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue
We did get first a room from the highway side of the property. It was really noisy. We had to change the room. Then we get a much smaller room from the pool side. It was quiet except the airconditioning was so noisy that we had to turn it off.

This home in Everglades city is the perfect location for two couples or a small family to fully explore the Everglades. Amazing central location in a new home with full amenities and great local food and sport options minutes' walk away. We'll certainly rebook this VRBO next time we come.

TV remote for bedroom was inoperable. Poor quality coffee pot & refrigerator leaking water out from underneath. Roaches began showing up Wednesday and live ones crawling around by Saturday morning.
