”We had a great time exploring the coves on Douglas Lake in the canoe and paddle board. The lake water was clean and warm. Adrian was a great host. He was quick to respond to any issue that arose. The large fans were helpful to give us relief from the July humidity. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away, which isn’t too bad. This was a perfect place to stop for a few nights on our way to the Smokies. Thanks Adrian!”

”Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! ”

This quieter and beautiful valley location was great, with an awesome coffee shop, and other quaint shops right there, and the most stunning views. We will be back!!”

Beverly was absolutely amazing with communication and answered all my questions - and I had ALOT. Traveling with our son who is special needs is very nerve racking but she made us feel comfortable and calm with the stay. ”This is a top-notch facility and happening place. The drive to the city is short and the views were fantastic. The weather which of course is not cooperative was unfortunately not overpowered due to excessive heat. The whole time I stayed the national weather service issued a heat advisory! Despite the weather I would recommend this place highly!!!!!”
