”Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. There is no personality at the place except the cleaning persons. The place itself is really wonderfully and room...

”We have stayed in a lot of hotels, over the last 50 years. This is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. There has only been one other that we have given almost top marks to, but this one excelled. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful. They went far and beyond, what you would normally expect. They were so helpful and answered every question we had, even to writing instructions, for the bus and trams. It really felt like a home from home, but...
