The second guest bedroom has the pretty original stained glass window adding to its traditional Spanish charm, and has two single beds. All three bedrooms lead off of the downstairs lounge, which also has a fully equipped kitchenette and large fridge freezer. Plus a work space with fast wifi internet, so you can easily work from here if you wish. This downstairs area is accessed from the upstairs of the villa by an internal staircase, and also has direct access to the beautiful pool, terraces and gardens.
On the upstairs of the villa you have the large oval shaped naya with sea views and overlooking the pool, terraces and gardens. In the naya you have a high quality dining table and chairs for 6 people, and a new gas BBQ.
The upstairs of the villa has the main good sized modern kitchen, which is well equipped including dishwasher. From the kitchen is the dining room with a glass topped table and seating for 6 people. From the dining room you have the main lounge with a rounded turret shape feature which is tastefully decorated and furnished, being a light bright and airy room with the many windows. There is also a modern bathroom. The hot & cold air conditioning unit keeps the upstairs cool in the summer, and cosy and warm in the winter months.
