âOn Expedia shows a certain caliber of reviews and stars for the quality of the hotel and the service just did not match what was promised. The service in general was very slow. Between the valet service and request requesting things from the front desk I always had to call twice. âBeautiful room. 1107. Views were gorgeous! Bring your own keurig coffee if you're a coffee drinker! Next time we may stay at the Pearl as they looked like they had a little bit more to do for kids and the pool bar and restaurant were open! But the sapphire is the way to go if you want to cook your own meals and relax!! Gym was awesome! Teen game room is a fun addition for the kids also!â
