”Staff was amazing! Can park there to get on cruise ship. Unfortunately no restaurant or bar in hotel but a lot of options very close by. Also had breakfast included in the morning and it was pretty good for free hotel breakfast.”

”The room was clean and very large. Bed was comfy and there were black out shades that were amazing. Balcony had a view of the ocean although there were several powerlines in that view. We still Conveniently located to Pleasure Pier. The only issues we had was that parking was scarce and they are stingy with the towels. We had 2 towels and 1 hand towel for our visit with no washcloths.”

”Staff was super helpful and professional. Room was old and dirty. Beds squeaked all night. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioning was not as cool as it could’ve been. Feels overpriced for what it was. The good news is it is directly across from the beach.”

”Great clean newly built place. The AC leaked the first night and they moved us to a new room for the rest of our stay. Great place but the breakfast options were atrocious. Juice, bread, stale pastry and oatmeal packets. None of it was fresh. I would have loved to see something fresh just to cut through basically bread. We will stay here again but know we will not get breakfast”

”We stayed here Saturday June 13th. Unfortunately there is a “culture “ of entitlement developing at this particular location. The bar and wait staff on the 9th floor lounge and the main floor bar treat the patrons with blatant disregard. We arrived late in the evening around 9:15 and went to the 9th floor lounge around 9:30 and were told they closed in 15 minutes so no food service. Then we went to the main floor bar where we learned there is no wait staff, which is fine but where to stand at...

”Great price, everything was clean, plenty of amenities in room and the area was quiet.”

”It's pet friendly and has plenty nearby but that's where the pros end, but you do get what you pay for tho everything else is really bad. If you look around you can tell what happens around there”

”Had a lovely stay, only thing I would say is woke up to the cleaning lady literally next to my Window watching videos or whatever on her phone and the noise from that was what woke me up that morning. Not very pleasant. I wanted to try the pool later that day, but there was leftover garbage from the people the night before that were more like pigs. So that was a no for the pool for me.”

”Had an amazing stay very clean everything’s brand new. It’s in a good area and the best part they didn’t ask for deposit or card on file!!”

”The room had a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. It was great having a freezer. But, there were no dishes. There was a stove top, but no pots or pans. The front desk said they removed all that during COVID. My car battery was dead one morning and the front desk had no jumper cables. The handicap accessible rooms are the farthest ones from the elevator. On every stay, the second floor smelled like marijuana. Some guys smoked in their vehicle or in the far corner of the parking lot....

”The fridge was against a wall and the door was placed on the opposite side so you could not access the fridge, impossible to fit to open the door unless you’re a kid. We had to move it to use it.”
