Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. I will make sure to reserve this location everytime!!”

”The house itself was wonderful, the cleanliness was horrible. We arrived 30 minutes after check in, cleaners were still there working so we had to wait another 15 minutes to be able to check in. Once we started checking everything out, the floors weren’t properly cleaned, the showers still had hair and sand in them, small pieces of trash scattered. Notified the number but they just said to send pics that’s it. Once we got into bed, the bedding smelled absolutely terrible, we’re guessing it was...

”We had a heavy rainstorm on the first day of our trip, and there was a leak in one of the bedroom window frames. Communication was quick and a maintenance person was quickly on-site to patch it up. The only negative comment I have is regarding the painfully slow internet. If that won't be an issue for you during your stay, then this place is just about perfect. We loved the location. The pool was perfect for the kids. The house was clean. And the effort to solve any problems we had was noticed...

Also, the bathroom latches were not working properly, some door knobs were damaged, and the upstairs rooms were not cleaned well. There was sand on the floors, and the trash bins were overflowing and smelled bad when we arrived.”
