Excellent: the only objection is the the room was freezing cold when we arrived, evidently the heating was switched off and it ook hourse to warm up. I understand eco friendly but this is going too far.

Except the receptionist, the staff was really helpful and kind. The receptionist was either totally ignorant or lacking common sense.Despite seeing me and my partners with crutches, he gave us a room way further away from the lift.
