You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. This is the end result when everything happens naturally. If you want to have peace you'll have it. But if needed, Lily and Tommy are nice company and you can get good tips as well as restaurants. ”The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around. I will stay again and I can recommend this hotel to others.”

”We had an excellent stay at Liberty Hall. The breakfast was delicious - the pho bo was a great way to start each morning. There was a bit of a mix up with our room - they did not have the actual room we booked available for the first night. They moved us into the mountain view room the next night and it was stunning. The staff refunded us some money for the first night stay without us asking. It was a great demonstration of integrity that we very much appreciated!”

He really tried to help out, but clearly the bosses were the difficult people and just seighted and ignored us. They hated the idea they had to help us our t after 8pm due to our bad room.
