”Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...

”No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

”I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

”Maybe I am a bit unfair....I chose the place by location and price...so...this is what you get. Just to mention first: free parking at your door is a big advantage in London. And the bathroom was very pleasant and spacious. Otherwise: I wondered about the service: reception dude lived in hotel, so his door to his "living room" was mostly open and it was not a nice view, specially when this dude was sleeping there.
