”We booked two rooms for one night before we few back home from Richmond airport (about 25min). This hotel wasn't that close to the airport. The rooms were very large (like a studio apartment) and had a refrigerator, stove, sink, and all the items needed in a kitchen. It had some amenities..hair dryer and soap but no shampoo or any "extras." One of our rooms was perfect no complaints. ”Clean room. Super friendly staff. Property grounds and public restroom clean. Elevator was down but I was given room on 1st Floor -I did not mind. Breakfast area super clean and food cooked perfectly. Chef was monitoring breakfast area and really nice. Location was perfect for me as I had business on the base. Shops super close. I would definitely stay again. ”

”Tyler was at the front desk when we checked in and he could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The lobby was decorated for Easter and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the breakfast had no fruit available other than apples. ”

”We checked in and pulled around to the side entrance where we where instructed to go and the outside door would not open with our card so we had to walk around to the front to get to the room. Go up to the room and the hallway and room were under construction with no power in the room, go back to the desk and they assign us to another room. We go to this room and cannot get in the door. It will not unlock. Go back to the front desk and the lady says the lock battery may be dead and she had to...

”Sketchy at best. At check-in, I had paid in full a week in advance for my entire stay, they said they overbooked the entire hotel and were demanding an additional seventy dollars per night just to check in. Classic bait-n-switch. The shift manager was only available by phone and she’s was extremely unprofessional. Then I had to demand to speak with the GM and he said to honor my reservation. ”

”Shower Door would not stay closed, had to jam it with a towel in order to shower without flooding the bathroom floor. Also, when checking in we were charged a previously undisclosed parking fee of $5.00, this for a large parking lot adjacent to a main highway.”

”Pros: Big rooms, large showers with good water pressure. Nice outside picnic area and ample parking. Friendly staff both outside and in. Cons: Floors were sticky, no amenities in bathroom except bar soap. Breakfast very disappointing. No room amenities such as coffee pot or hairdryer.”

”The staff there was great. The owner/ manager, not so much. After Expedia stated I could pay cash upon check in, the guy said it was not the policy to accept cash but he would do it this time and was doing me this great favor. A real choad he was and I didn't appreciate his attitude.”
