”Lovely hotel and fantastic views, my room was too warm because the weather on the day I stayed was amazing! Unfortunately the thermostat in my room didn’t work, I reported it in the morning during check-out and the receptionist was lovely, didn’t charge me for parking and was very apologetic. I would stay again!”

”Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja erinomaisella sijainnilla aivan Liverpoolin keskustassa. Keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta kaupungin äänet eivät kantautuneet asuntoon. ”

”Very well located close to parking, shops, bars, cafes and all major attractions. I booked the 'Junior Suite', it was spacious, well equipped and clean”

”Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. ”

”Great location right in the heart of Liverpool, Perfect for two families with one kid or two couples. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Also comes with a lift to the ground floor which the elder members of my family found very useful. Great communication with host. Very easy forms to complete, entry information delivered in plenty of time. I'd definitely use EPIC and the apartment again.”

”Rooms where clean and staff was very friendly with a great location. A little difficult to reach staff before check-in time (11am), but this doesn't take away from the overall experience significantly in my opinion.”

”Very central location next to shopping area. Room was nice, high ceiling and aircon worked really well. You get some paistries and coffee from the lobby in the morning. Only downside was that you could hear the plumbing too well and there was no really cold water, so I couldn’t take drinking water from the tab.”

”Good size apartment and very clean - beds very comfy and lovely big fluffy bath towels. Decor is very basic and the rooms are missing soft furnishings or something to soften them as feel very bare and a bit soulless. Excellent location but we were on top floor and no lift it was very difficult with cases etc. Very noisy first thing with the bins and beer deliveries but to be expected when in a highly populated hospitality area. Well worth the money though.”

”Most convenient for travellers. Grocery store next to apartment. Easy access for walking too Cavern, hop on hop off tours, Mersey river cruise. Also to tram to get to Central Train Station. So many choices for dining within steps. Nice to have washer available ”

”Todella siisti, täysin varusteltu asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. Ikkunat Cavern Clubin yläkertassa, mihin kuului Matthew streetin kymmenien baarien musiikki läpi yön, joten jos kaipaat hiljaisuutta niin tämä ei ole sinulle. Viestintä vuokraajan puolelta toimi moitteetta ja ohjeet avainten saantiin jne. oli todella selkeää. ”

”Monipuoleinen aamiainen. Moni ruokalaji loppui kyllä kesken. Siivoojilla selkeästi liian kiire. Unohtivat vessapaperin tai vaihtoivat isot pyyhkeet vahingossa käsipyyhkeiksi. Vähän liian pienet huoneet. Kolme sänkyä, mutta ei mahtunut kolme matkalaukkua avonaisena. Ei kaappitilaa. Hyvä perushotelli ja ihan siisti.”

”If you’re looking for the best hotel in Liverpool that is local to the stadium, this is the one. I travelled from London for a football match and booked this hotel for the weekend. Staff are caring, breakfast was good! The rooms are well maintained. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much :)”
