”I stayed in one of the quirky upstairs rooms - ‘attic style’. Loved it!”

”The property felt tired and dated. The carpets were stained, as were the curtains. Everything felt a bit grubby. The sofa bed had pillows and duvets provided in a cupboard but we had to go to reception to collect the covers and sheets to make up ourselves. On the plus side, the accommodation was very spacious, the bathrooms were clean (although no bath mats were provided) and the grounds are absolutely stunning.”

”A hidden gem. Staff were fantastic and the food was amazing. Very pet friendly and the digs were made to feel welcome. Treats and ample water bowls available. Well be back!”

”Staff was non existent at check in, room was not ready by check in time, not even ready half hour after and staff offered no explanation. No elevators or ac. No offer from staff to bring help bring luggage to room.”

”The restaurant was nicely decorated and the Indian cuisine was unique and excellent quality. My lamb was the most tender I have ever had. Staff were attentive and service superb. I am diabetic on insulin and on a lot of medication for various health issues so all meals are impotant, we paid extra for breakfast both mornings,, we were never informed of time for breakfast and for all the things I have to do in the mornings we didn’t get down until 10am only to be told he stopped serving at 9:30...

”Wow what a welcome. Hosts are so friendly. All the food was hot and fresh. Rooms clean and airy. Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again if coming back to Pitlochry. Definitely recommend ”
