”Great location by the beach. Continental breakfast was OK, included fruits, bread, cake, juice - sufficient for most mornings. Friendly staff. Location in middle of Seven mile beach, perfect beach access. Good bar and sunbathing area. On the other hand, we paid an extra for a room with oceanview. Beware, there is a difference between "oceanview" and "partial oceanview"!. In practise, we could just see a glimse of the ocean from our room; the balcony was not facing westwards but southwards. ”I recently had the opportunity to stay at Firefly Cottages for a period of seven nights, and I must say that I do not feel compelled to return. The accommodations were somewhat rudimentary, as evidenced by the need to manually screw in the light bulb to activate the lighting in the bedroom. Furthermore, the door required the use of a key to secure it from both the inside and outside, which may be perceived as inconvenient by some guests. Unfortunately, the television was not functioning...

”Excellent property, with only 13 rooms there is no hustle and bustle. Very clean and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely become a repeat visitor.”

”The room we had was excellent. The little bar on site was was also very cool and welcoming. The only downside keeping me from giving an overall 5-star review was the loud music from the bar that went well into the evening and then into the morning. I would certainly stay again…but I’ll bring the ear plugs next time :-) ”

”Honestly, if you’re not looking for something extremely lavish but still cozy for a nice trip to Jamaica, I’d recommend this place. They have events different days of the week and it’s right on the beach so you don’t have to leave the resort too much unless you’re exploring with the locals. I’d definitely stay here again.”

”The resort was a great experience for my husband and myself. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive. The grounds were well maintained. Charlie, Barbara and Diego are truly assets. Their work and kindness made my stay wonderful. My only problem was the broken television and lack of support to fix it or swap it out. I like to relax during evening hours with television broadcasts.”

”Saubere moderne Zimmer. Die Rezeption war nicht ständig besetzt somit gab es bei Problemen kaum einen Ansprechpartner. Das Hotel wird unter verschiedenen Leitungen geführt. So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. Nach Beschwerden wurde dann nach 3 Tagen etwas Bacon serviert aber Obst war weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich ein Launchpaker zu bekommen wie...

”Oltiin hotellissa vain yksi yö ja häivyttiin vaikka oli varattu kahdeksi viikoksi. Huone oli järkyttävä. Nettisivulla luvattua kuntosalia ja yökerhoa ei ollut. Työntekijä sanoi omistajan kirjoittavan nettiin mitä sattuu. En voi suositella muuta kuin,että kiertäkää tämä hotelli kaukaa.”
