”Lovely comfy bed and quality bedding. Good thick curtains to keep out the light. Can control own radiator so not too hot or cold and generous tea/coffee facilities in room. Would stay again, thanks Alice. ”

”Room was large, big bathtub. One corner of the room had moisture damage, and mold, perhaps from a roof leak or condensation. Pub was cosy. Food tasty. There is nothing else to do in Sandhutton. A critter scampering, and chewing in the attic above our room kept us awake most of the night. ”

”Food both breakfast and evening meal were excellent. All staff were excellent and really wanted the stay to be special for us. The room was good and the pillows were clearly new and helped us sleep. The check in closing at 22.00 might cause a problem to some people and the only other problem was it appeared to be a bit tired in corridors but rooms were fine”

”A fantastic warm welcome. Beautiful room with everything we needed. The care put into the room was evident in all the personal details that ensured a comfortable stay. Bed soft and linen gorgeous. Horsey paintings added to the ambience as racehorses trotted by the window! Soothing and relaxing! Breakfast was the best ever in a b n b. Hostess Sharon made us feel like friends. Our dog loved it too!”
