”The stay was okay for all of 24hrs. I had to leave the 2nd day after the sprinklers went off due to another guest’s mistake. 3 of 4 floors were flooded in the front of the hotel, causing the first floor’s ceiling plates to implode. As a result of this incident, it was no longer safe for my family and I to remain at this hotel and we had to relocate immediately. I’m currently waiting for a refund for the 2/3 days I was supposed to be staying.”

”This resort was ok but not great for the price. We only stayed over night so we didn't benefit from the resort fee which is mandatory. If you are staying longer, it may be worth it but the resort is looking rather old and out dated especially for the price tag.”

”Hi! We stayed in the "Sea Turtle" detached cottage. We really liked the ground-floor unit; it was spacious and featured two bathrooms. The location was excellent—close to the ocean and shops. We were very happy with our stay!”

”We always stay at the Plantation Towers at NMB. This however will be the last visit to this hotel. We stayed in the Jasmine towers in a room on the 14th floor. The room was a joke. For living room furniture they had some kind of rattan or bamboo couch and chairs. The cushions in them were like outdoor furniture cushions - ridiculous! Terrible to sit on. The entire room as designed with this type of rattan/bamboo furniture - just a complete joke. Then the master bedroom mattress was hard...

”The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and overall we enjoyed our stay. You can tell it's an older resort in some of the finer details, but it has been kept up well. The amenities are great, especially for families with young children. One thing to be aware of is the ocean-view rooms. We paid extra for an ocean-view room, and while we did have an ocean view, the balcony railing was so high that we couldn't comfortably see the beach or water while seated, which took away from the experience....
