The airport shuttle driver was the only person in this hotel that did his job well. I travel a lot and spend dozens of nights per year in hotels, this is the worst hotel...

However, the telephone in my room was non-functioning due to an apparent previous damage to its wiring. Also the remote control for the television was missing the cover for the battery area. Staff should be carefully expecting rooms after each guest departs--looking for damages or missing...
