”Hotelli oli siisti ja toimiva. Huone tilava, vuode mukava. 20 kerroksen uima-allas oli toimiva. Lähellä kauppakeskusta ja metroasemaa. Aamiaistarjoilussa huomioitu myös eurooppalaiset mieltymykset. ”

”As soon as I walked in, got treated amazingly. The staff at the door were very nice and directed me to check in. Check in was easy, the kind gentleman also upgraded my room. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious. Only thing is that there isn’t much of a view but like tbh not much to see other then buildings. I was a bit disappointed on the breakfast though, the service at the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Other Marriot breakfast usually come to your desk to grab your coffee...

”The Westin needs facelift soon. I experienced things that I havent seen before in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast service was questionable because the waitresses were not trained enough to the standards. Few exsamples: sign said blueberry muffin in reality strawberry -very dangerous if you are allergic to strawberries! How about this: the waitress collects your plate and puts your used fork on the plastic place mat, not a clean plate next to you nor the napikin. Obviously management/traing problem...

”Only positive thing in this hotel was the location - easy to arrive, even easier to depart. But, the staff is not aware of what customer service is - I knew the malaysian ain’t the friendliest in Asia, but these guys could still drop the bar (especially this dude Sahrum at the reception). The rate was higher that Hilton in Chow Kit, but the room was hot, AC was noisy af and the bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever laid myself on. This hotel has mos def nothing to do with the term Royal.”

”Central area with good communications. Must walk some hundred meters. Ok hotel. No frills. The rooms tend to smell of smoking but with A/C manageable. Breakfast is better than in some places but could be better.”

”The staff that looks after the check in is mobile and several different companies rent rooms. We had ZERO problems and we thought it was a great location, 25 minute walk to the Petronas Towers. We had to move to another location and we already miss the unit. 5 stars. ”
