”Loved the hotel. It’s centrally located and very close to TRX Exchange. The open bathroom overlooking the city with creeper plants was interesting. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the staffs were very down to earth.”

”As soon as I walked in, got treated amazingly. The staff at the door were very nice and directed me to check in. Check in was easy, the kind gentleman also upgraded my room. The room was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious. Only thing is that there isn’t much of a view but like tbh not much to see other then buildings. I was a bit disappointed on the breakfast though, the service at the breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Other Marriot breakfast usually come to your desk to grab your coffee...

”The hotel is on a good location, within walking distance to most places, for example it is very close to the Pavilion shopping mall. The hotel breakfast is amazing. But the hotel is kind of old. However it was still quite clean. And the staff was very friendly. ”

”The Westin needs facelift soon. I experienced things that I havent seen before in a 5 star hotel. Breakfast service was questionable because the waitresses were not trained enough to the standards. Few exsamples: sign said blueberry muffin in reality strawberry -very dangerous if you are allergic to strawberries! How about this: the waitress collects your plate and puts your used fork on the plastic place mat, not a clean plate next to you nor the napikin. Obviously management/traing problem...

”Nice small pool area for hot days is a big bonus :0) Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good for us but it depends.. we stayed next to conference center wich we attended. Breakfast was really nice. We would return!”
