Would happily stay again if it was 30% cheaper. But if you're happy with the price, it is as advertised, and I have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself.”

”I had a great experience at The Notary Hotel. The room, especially the view, was phenomenal. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My only issue was the valet. They took an incredibly long time (almost 30 minutes) to retrieve my vehicle that they had just parked the night before; ultimately making me late for the appointment that was the entire purpose of my trip. I was not the only one in the lobby experiencing this issue either. The downtown traffic also did not do me any...

”The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was very conveniently located in Philly which allowed me to travel by foot to most destinations. The restaurant had a good selection. Bar was open till midnight so kate night drinks were also a plus”

”Poolside was comfortable but could’ve been more cleaner, however there were a good amount of people so of course everything had been out of place. ”

”It's a high end hotel with high end parameters do just be aware. We weren't allowed to use the luggage cart ourselves for example. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We just tend to like doing things for ourselves.”

”Room was clean. Shower temperature was all over the place--either barely lukewarm or dangerously, scalding hot. Tile in the shower is also extremely slippery when wet and a potential slip and fall hazard.”

”There was a hole in the ceiling of the gym. The room we stayed in had dust, crumbs, and candy wrappers on the floor. Robes were stained and the kitchen staff were not knowledgeable about allergies (celiac). Would not stay here again.”

”The room was very clean except for the one rug in the living area. It needed to be cleaned or replaced. There is no parking and ability to load or unload a car is limited. Location is excellent and the suite is well equipped. It is very nice that there are extra supplies available on the main floor. The staff was quick to respond to any questions. I did call ahead to ask that our room be close to other family members and was told that would happen but when we checked in we were assigned...
