No-one at reception - room mentioned fan included there was no fan tried looking for member of staff to help no-one was there, rang the numbers given to be told they couldn't help.
Overall tho the rooms were brilliant and spacious. Couldn't fault the rooms. Check in was easy and codes were sent to me with room number to access the building

This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and a bright dinning room. The included breakfast has options for all and includes hot dish options. The views on anyside of the hotel are wonderful. Rooms are beautiful, clean, and bed comfortable.

The hotel was very clean, and staff were helpful.
The downside for me was the breakfast, but maybe personal preference. No cold juices or fresh water. No healthy alternative

"Staff were wonderful, facilities really nice. Shame to have such limited parking and for this to be an extra charge. Our lights were not working in the room."

"This was a great location. The staff were super helpful leadung up to check in. So easy for us to walk where we needed to. We got upgraded to the family room which turned out to be a bonus for when my partner gets up at stupid o'clock, it meant he didn't keep me awake. I would stay here again if ..."
