”We can’t say enough good things about our two night stay. Staff were so incredibly welcoming, kind and thoughtful. We had dinner the first night and wished we could have done the second too but had theatre tickets. Food was 5* both in flavour and presentation. We had the pleasure of meeting Ann the owner over dinner and the chef that evening , Charlie.
Post dinner we sat by the fire where front of house immediately added more firewood.

”Firstly, Greg was excellent at responding to any inquiries we had prior to our arrival. Wasn’t surprising because he was an excellent host when we arrived! This cute B&B must be on your travel itinerary! Not only was the town absolutely charming but this property was clean, convenient, and beautiful! Greg was always around for any questions or concerns and even dinner recommendations! Sue cooked us up an excellent breakfast, we ordered the night before. ”Great location - very walkable to the sites/shopping/restaurants in Pitlochry. Our room was really nice (decor and quiet) and exceeded our needs. The first hotel in Scotland where our shower water temperature stayed consistent, AND there were 2 luggage racks for our use. The front desk attendant was very professional and personable.
We highly recommend this hotel and wish the owners much success. ”
”A truly wonderful experience. The comfy bed offered a great night's sleep. Gary, the innkeeper was exceptionally helpful. The Scottish breakfast was superb. Plus being only a 5-minute walk to the center of Pitlochery, and a quick 5-minute drive to Blair Athol distillery, was a plus. A real value for money. ”

”The hotel was excellent with comfortable beds and great shower. Breakfast was superb and plentiful with an array of choices.
The restaurant served the most amazing Indian food that my wife and I have ever tasted.
Variety of wine was great but the Gin and whisky choices was out of this world.
Finally all the staff could not be more helpful and nothing was to much trouble.
We will be back.”

There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff.
Alas, the weather was not in our favour, but the sun always shines inside the “ Inn on the Tay”!

”Room was clean & spacious & excellent view from my room. Plenty of tea & coffee etc & shortbread.. Pet friendly which is great. They even cooked a sausage for my dog & made a fuss of her. Was only staying one night on route, would have liked to stay longer. Staff excellent& so friendly. The drinks at the bar area are reasonable price. Only 4 mins or so walk from the train station. Wod defo stay here again. So peaceful& the back garden area has lovely views. ”
