Our room had some weird dirt on the floor and the wall of the bathroom. Saw a cockroach on the ground floor, it was dead though. Breakfast was pretty good, nice variety of stuff. Really appreciated the reusable plates and real utensils during breakfast, good for the environment. But please get rid of the plastic altogether, cups can be replaced with paper...

”So let me start with a positive. It is a very clean hotel at least by 2026 standards unfortunately but it felt clean. Very no nonsense hotel elevator reeks of marijuana and the fire alarm went off at 4:44 AM on my first night there for some reason they just said we’ll fix it. I found it surprising, however, that the room only had two USB ports in the entire room, and those were on the wall directly between the two beds...not very accomodating for someone needing to use a computer at the table. Additionally, of those two USB ports, only one was working; the other was clearly damaged and you couldn't even plug a USB device into the port. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told, "I didn't think those even worked. I guess...

”We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and we appreciated having a kitchen in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. The pool was clean and enjoyable. ”The guy at check in (I think it was the manager) was extremely friendly and remembered me and had conversations throughout my stay. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Hotel pool was clean. Room was clean. There was only one employee I encountered that wasn’t too friendly, a younger lady I had asked what direction to get to the pool and she gave me a crazy look and just pointed outside and said “out there”… ik the pool is outside (duh) but I didn’t realize it was only accessible from an outside...

”Overall the property was clean - downstairs lobby area and parking. The staff was very nice! However, my room needed paint, shower needed caucking, water stain on the ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Also, when I walked off the 3rd floor elevator, the floor spelled like mildew and so did my room. I wish you could smell the cleanliness of the hallway and room.”
