Washroom was filthy hair in the tub and dirt around the tub. Had no choice as I was only staying a few hours for a connection and had my toddler with me. Shuttle service was the only great thing. ”

”I booked a hotel room that includes breakfast. The Hotels.com confirmation clearly states that breakfast is included in the reservation. However, the hotel staff told us that breakfast is not included in the room rate. This should be clarified between the hotel and Hotels.com. As a result, my family and I had to pay for breakfast even though the reservation promised otherwise.”

”The staff was kind. They were accommodating also. However, the building was somewhat clean and in front of our room was so dirty. Upon entering- toilet was not cleaned and there were streaks in the toilet. We actually had to flush it multiple times before use. Our bed had multiple long strands of hair on it. Bed and pillow was very comfortable but the smell of smoke seeping through the rooms was crazy for me. Believe the lower rated reviews. I had the same experience. You honestly get what you...

”Pros: Close proximity to airport, shopping, restaurants. Cons: The bed was a bit squeaky and mattress a bit too soft. Keys needed resetting every other day.”

”Staff is very friendly. The place smells of smoke even my non smokers room. Checked into room, no toliet paper and both towels in the room were heavily stained yellow. Requested new towels. The next 5 towels all had different yellow spots and stains all over. Shower curtain had hair. I left 3 hours after checking in, couldn’t do it. Staff is very friendly but the owners of the place have to work on cleanliness ”
