âI booked a hotel room that includes breakfast. The Hotels.com confirmation clearly states that breakfast is included in the reservation. However, the hotel staff told us that breakfast is not included in the room rate. This should be clarified between the hotel and Hotels.com. As a result, my family and I had to pay for breakfast even though the reservation promised otherwise.â

âRoom was small, but extremely clean with great shower and comfortable bed. We took an Uber from Jfk and hotel shuttle back (went once every hour). Breakfast was basic. Staff worked efficiently and organized, everything was in order.â

âThe room was nice and clean, everything I would expect for a relaxing stay. My only complaint is that their airport hotel shuttle doesnât run past 10:00pm which was a huge inconvenience since my international flight came in slightly after 10:00p. The taxi charge to the hotel was a ridiculous $46! Next time Iâll prefer to stay at one of the more expensive hotels with a 24hr shuttle. â
