”nice room, with shuttle bus”

”So it started with Zara at the front desk rude on the phone and not helping me find the location where the shuttle bus is (I called twice and she almost hang up on me before finishing the conversation). The driver of the shuttle was really nice and kind. Then in the room, the toilet seat was dirty with yellow stains, I had to clean it. I took pictures. The shower head was leaking. The bed was clean and comfortable.”

La dame fermait la porte pour ne pas que les clients rentrent ! Et même pas eu de fruits ! Bref l’expérience du petit déjeuner était décevante mais la chambre était très bien ”

”It’s a big full service hotel and I thought good value. Large corner room with 2 windows and views. Large bathroom decorated brilliant white. Leather sofa in room. Coffee and pastries available early downstairs Saturday morning as alternative to room service or restaurant. Staff all helpful.”

”Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...

”The facility was very rundown. I wouldn’t call it dirty, but it could’ve used a whole overhaul good location. I would never stay there again.”

”I booked a hotel room that includes breakfast. The Hotels.com confirmation clearly states that breakfast is included in the reservation. However, the hotel staff told us that breakfast is not included in the room rate. This should be clarified between the hotel and Hotels.com. As a result, my family and I had to pay for breakfast even though the reservation promised otherwise.”

”Staff is very friendly. The place smells of smoke even my non smokers room. Checked into room, no toliet paper and both towels in the room were heavily stained yellow. Requested new towels. The next 5 towels all had different yellow spots and stains all over. Shower curtain had hair. I left 3 hours after checking in, couldn’t do it. Staff is very friendly but the owners of the place have to work on cleanliness ”

”clean rooms but there were no towels and only one wash cloth. Soap was only body wash soap. It would have been nice if they also had bar soap. To be fair attendant gave us towels after I reached out to them.”
