”Great hotel, rooms are basic but clean and away from the main pub so quiet. Staff really helpful and friendly, breakfast and pub food really nice. 40 mins from central London and very to the station ”

”The property is well kept and convenient. I have stayed here since it was built. The only problem I have is the cost of having a car on the property. I think 10.50 pounds per night is an exorbitant fee.”

”Hotel needs updating, beds are uncomfortable, should be given a choice of pillows, & paying for parking is diabolical, as the price of rooms, parking should be free!”

”Hotel didn’t look anything like the photos shown!! 1st room was greeted in the bed with ants! To be told at reception they would “upgrade” me!! Upgraded room was no better! Shower seal was green! Splats all over the carpet! Everything about it was awful!! ”

”The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere. The towels were so hard. The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it. The beds were comfortable though. ”

”Average hotel but what let it down was: a) the check-in filling out forms when all provided at time of booking. Reception taking photos of credit cards with personal phones is risky and not standard. b) after asking 3 times with 2 different reception staff to get the heater turned off in my room (roasting) as the controls did not work on the radiator. Nothing happened and not fixed over a couple of days”

”A great clean ,friendly, comfortable Motel. It also gas a good restaurant/bar attached. Great for short stays. ”
