”Hotel didn’t look anything like the photos shown!! 1st room was greeted in the bed with ants! To be told at reception they would “upgrade” me!! Upgraded room was no better! Shower seal was green! Splats all over the carpet! Everything about it was awful!! ”

”The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere. The towels were so hard. The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it. The beds were comfortable though. ”

The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed.
