”The hosts were great but the rooms were like staying in a hostel. The heating for the room was only put on when we arrived so it was freezing everywhere. The towels were so hard. The curtains had been trimmed with scissors very badly and the window handle fell off when I tried to open it. The beds were comfortable though. ”

”I'll start off with the positives. - Stunning view of the lake - Welcoming staff. - Clean Negatives - Dated rooms. The bathroom sink was cracked and held together with some form of yellow/brown epoxy. Kind of puts you off initially. - Shower had poor pressure and the shower head bracket did not support it properly. - The lighting in the bathroom is on the dim side. - Breakfast took a while to get served, we even had to ask for an ETA. Once it was served it was underwhelming. - Pillows are not...
