”The room and hotel was clean, all the staff were so kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful. I can’t wait to visit again!”

”For some reason, my room has some sort of funk smell to it. Not sure if it’s as a result of the town’s air freshener that they used. Also, the towel the gave me the first day had some kind of smell as well. Apart from that, the rules were clean and they cleaned the rooms every day and changed the towels. The hotel is close to lots of activities. The staff were nice and operated 24/7 during my 4-day stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

”During check-in, a staff member was engaged in conversation with their family. The shower facilities were cold. I requested towels, but the staff informed me that they would not be available until the morning. Despite this, towels were still unavailable.”

I called him & he said he ment to call me because the space I paid for had been extended by the previous tenant and if I called Expedia he would issue my refund and honor my reservation at another one of their spaces. ”Parking was easy but the drink machine didn’t work and my ac didn’t keep the room cool. My water temperature was good though ”

”Young people at the reception were looking at the screen while talking to you. No apologies for reasonable complaints or requests. Not rude exactly but close and definitely indifferent. The ”Skyline view” we paid extra for was towards bushes of a big park, a 5 store apartment building and the fancier hotel towers next door. Shower gel, shampoo etc. pump-bottles on the wall were replaced with 1 single-use shampoo and conditioner. For 2 people. No shower gel. It felt like because we used...
