”My first room had a broken safe and pubic hair on the bathroom floor. They gave me a new room that was ok. The next day there was no cleaning at all. When coming back to the hotel at six pm, I asked them to do it. Reluctantly, they told me that "they will do their best". Their best was that the bed was made and towels delivered, but there was no water, the trashbins had been not emptied, and no liquid soap had been replenished. The hotel corridors were littered and carpets stained....

”We stayed here the night before we went on holiday and it was the best thing we did. The hotel was fabulous and the connecting tunnel to the airport is genius. We had food in the restaurant in which the receptionist gave us a 10% voucher when we checked in that was lovely. The staff and food there was great. The room was big enough for a family of three. Very comfortable and clean. I will be definitely booking again. ”

”The building is lovely! The tile work is very well done. The lobby is beautiful! We sat in the bar (with live music) and ate in Refuge. Our room was comfortable. We were recommended Rudy's pizza, which was amazing. I do enjoy Kimpton hotels, and the Clocktower lives up to the brand. If we're ever back in Manchester - "the greatest city in the world" per Adam - we will stay here again. ”

”We stayed two nights on our trip to explore Manchester. We selected the hotel based on location, near to Piccadilly station and the northern quarters and because the breakfast was included. The hotel is no-thrills, simple and practical. The room was clean, warm and had working bathroom and confy bed. The location was practical, next to Aldi, with nice restaurants in the vicinity. ”
