The Quays: Opastetut kierrokset ja aktiviteetit

This hotel seems to focus more on conference guests than on the overall hotel experience. Bright lights were on day and night, and a cosy atmosphere was completely missing. The staff appeared to serve you in between conference duties rather than providing dedicated service. The outdoor terrace had potential, but it wasn’t used. With a few small touches, this hotel could be a very cosy and pleasant place to stay. As it is now, it felt cold, and simply somewhere to sleep rather than a place where you would want to spend time.

The toim was vety clean

Everything was great except the room cleanliness was a little lacking which was made evident when accidentally the bed was pushed a little and what appeared then wasn’t great . Also the lack of air conditioning was a problem in these extraordinary hot days and made our night a little uncomfortable. Since it is obvious the room have been recently refurbished to great standards it is a shame not to have installed the air conditioning..
