”Loved how easy it was to communicate with host and email updates for key access made super easy for understanding. Very clean and loved the non hotel feel, felt like at home. Good walking location for things in the city. Would recommend and use this location again if back in Atlanta! ”

”Hienot ja toki melkoisen hintavat aamiaisannokset, jotka tilattiin menusta. Varatessa oli myyty ns. ilmainen aamiainen, jonka arvo hyvitettiin aamiaisen hinnasta. Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla, kävelymatka olympiapuistoon, akvaarioon ja coca-cola worldiin. Marta asemalle käynti melkein hotellin vieressä. Tilava ja toimiva kylpyhuone. Liikenteen melu kuului selvästi huoneeseen.”

”Loved this and will be back again although i did book a balcony room arrived early at 3 and it was not ready but my friends was , no big deal but when we arrived back at 5 it was not ready yet . I opted for a king of the same floor as my friend but it was the same price with no real applogy . A price decrease was requested and they said they couldnt do that . That felt unhelpful and not great customer service but overall we enjoyed our stay ”

”Everything was great! Exactly as pictured. The property was clean, and the staff was friendly. The courtyard was a lovely place to enjoy the free coffee in the morning from the cafe. We were there for a music festival in Piedmont Park, and although it was a little under a mile to the venue, still easily walkable. Will stay there again!!!”

”I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. As for the room, it was cozy, comfortable and had Diptyque products that I really enjoyed. My only qualm - and it's by no.means the fault of the RC - would be with the neighborhood. "I stayed 5 nights. There was no warm water in the shower any morning. I got one night cash compensation for that as they were not able to fix the warm water.
The room was cleaned once during my 5 night stay.
Afterwards I found that hotel had charged an unmotivated charge of 261 USD om my CC without any authorization.
Now, I have tried to get this sum returned during weeks trough mails to hotel and also trough hotels.com.
Still, I have not received any explanation or receipt for why the hotel has charged my credit card without authorization.
As the next step I will now file a criminal complaint against the hotel for payment fraud."
