”The website nor does the small print says anything about a deposit required (which you must use a credit card). The only charge certain people depending on what you use and how far away you are the deposit. No breakfast. ”This was the nicest place we stayed in going across the country. Lots of parking, easy interstate access and lots of restaurant selections. In addition there are gas stations nearby to fill up at. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower.”

”Room was worn down with large scuffs on most furniture. Blinds were missing the tilt wands, and one slat was broken. Lots of light came into the room at night. The shower door would roll open when closed. Two stories and no elevator on site. Not a big deal but difficult when carrying a child and luggage.
It was clean and the bed was good. Breakfast was great and filling. Parking was easy.”

”Not wheelchair friendly. Lift for wheelchair users at the pool was broken. Staff had no answers for us when you could find them. Did not do housekeeping like they said they would. Didn’t want to provide extra blankets or pillows when asked for. Very poor service and customer relations.”
