”Easy and friendly check in and a lovely comfy clean room. Plenty of parking available and in a lovely area and only 15 minutes from the NEC. It’s a shame we didn’t have time to use the gym and pool but we’ll be back.”

”Victoria keeps the house immaculately clean and is decorated to a high standard. Everything we needed was in our room, she even brought a fresh jug of milk for our tea and coffee. The breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for her. We could not find fault in anything. Throughly recommend.”

”Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”

”We loved our stay at Hampton Manor. The rooms were so comfortable and the hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The most memorable part were the staff at the hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and easy as possible. They had thought through all the details that make things extra special. We also asked for recommendations in Birmingham and Beth was incredibly helpful and we loved her lunch suggestion. We would love to return some day! Thank you Hampton Manor.”

”Great location for me Room lovely and clean with all amenities you could need Excellent communication Free parking with plenty of space Wi-Fi for free Very close to a takeaway in case you get hungry Self check in but a number was given to contact owners if any issues. Only downside , radiator which was working well stopped in the night and i woke up cold, however there was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. ”

”Hotel and room were very nice, however a hidden parking cost was not appreciated. Was told I needed to pay for parking at reception on arrival, when I mentioned to manager(?) that evening that it showed that parking was free both on Expedia and their official website he said it was a new charge that they obviously hadn't updated online, but was given no choice but to pay or leave (hotel is on a main road near no other options!)”

”Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.”
