”This is a very old building please believe the reviews that you read here. There is a lingering odor inside the room that never goes away. The hot water doesn’t work on most days. they have four ice machines on different floors of the hotel and none of them worked. it was so hot and we couldn’t get ice and we were told to walk to the corner store to purchase ice and although the cleaning lady did come daily she didn’t replenish any of the soaps, paper towels or Kleenex. The manager was great...

"Lovely stay at the 5-star hotel. Very good breakfast: you can choose the buffet or order from the menu (we had the buffet and it was a great start for each day). Amazing views from the room to the iconic Times Square and despite the central location the room was very quiet. The View restaurant was very nice and also the 8th floor restaurants. We would definetely recommend this hotel!"
