”This place is simply amazing. We had 4 adult, non-couple family members stay here for a family reunion. The den serves well as a third bedroom and the living room futon is perfect for one adult. Each person had their own space. Two bathrooms is the way to go. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. ”

”This redone building is awesome! Roomy and has everything you need. Jocelyn is wonderful! She meets you in-person, which I loved! She is close by in case you need anything, but is very respectful of your privacy. The property has 4 units and they all share a common area out back where the hot tub is. The individual fire pit areas were amazing! We will be back for sure!”

”We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times. Nice large 3 bedroom home close to the beach. Beach access is via Sandy path . Always clean. Comfortable beds. Indoor games, sauna, massage chair, tv in every room even 1 in bathroom, ping pong and hot tub. Nice deck. Kayaks and paddle board—bring someone strong to pull dolly with kayak/paddle board back and forth trail to beach it’s a big workout. Located in safe neighborhood. Restaurants and zoom nearby”

”I went to a wedding not too far from this place and was so glad to have found it! The pictures do make it seem a bit bigger but when I got there and got a feel of the place I fell in love. ”We had a hockey showcase at Notre Dame and this place was very convenient to get around the area. Place is very neat and clean. The loft upstairs was great for an extra room for kids. They loved it! I wish I knew the story about the bird that pecks at the master bedroom window. Every morning at 7:30 you have your own alarm! Lol. We were intrigued.”

”This listing is so great. Close to so many things, Blue Chip Casino, The Beach, Zoo, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars ECT. They had everything for you for a great beach day which was so helpful. They had outdoor games and other ways to entertain. Can't say enough about this place. If you stay here be sure to walk down to the little Cafe/Restaurant.”

”We loved our stay at the Cozy Getaway! We brought our two large breed dogs and their dog-sitter, Furbo. If you have dogs that react to noise you'll want to be aware this space is one of 4 units in this lovely remodeled century home. We had to make the owner aware of an issue with the air conditioning not working and they promptly sent their handyman to save the day! If watching tv in bed is your idea of romance, you'll have to move the only tv though. The location is top notch with the shops and...
