"I have to check out, within 3 minutes of my check in because I didn't like the place. I check in at 5pm instead 2pm however the rooms were not ready, I was asked to wait for another 15-20 minutes. First greetings is an awful odour right from the reception to my room."

"We accidentally booked the wrong month, through Expedia. Expedia said we could move the booking, but the hotel needed to do it. The hotel said we could move the booking, but Expedia needed to do it. We lost the money and had to book again. Parking is very limited, you have to park in the hospital ..."
