”Wonderful stay”

”We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return.”

”Wonderful stay and Food is extremely good”

”The beach location was fantastic. The staff from management to porters were attentive and welcoming.”

”Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort...

”Clean room, great staff very guest friendly.”

”Nice property , nature resort feel , a bit far from shore”

However, the AC units were not functioning, and there were no fans available as an alternative. Despite raising multiple complaints, no one responded or made any effort to address the issues. The rooms were poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. For the...

”The property and amenities are good. Very family friendly. A key area for improvement is the restaurant - organisation of staff, timeliness and sequencing of food delivery. It was very busy during our stay, the dining experience could not cope with the volume of people.”

”Worst”

”Very friendly, helpful and amazing staff. Great shower, AC, TV and comfortable bed. The location was just perfect. All the sights were within walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay 👌🙏😊”

”Good”

”Not very helpful staff. Tv wasn’t working. Not charged the TV and didn’t bother to do it even after complaining.”

”Okayish place , not worth more than 1200 per night”

”Niukka aamiainen nuhjuisessa hotellissa.”
