”The property atmosphere is very nice. The tiki bar area had some music playing but it was not too loud so I appreciated that. Conveniently located in the middle of Marathon and easy access off of US1. The only downside I saw was that there did not appear to be space to accommodate a boat or trailer should I decide to bring my boat with me on a future trip. ”

”This home is in a very private setting on one of the canals in Marathon. The grocery stores are very close. The beaches, restaurants, attractions are all within a few minutes from the home. The dock is very nice. We even saw a a family of manatees in the canal. We had a very good time and appreciated that the owner did not charge us for our little dog. Nice place to visit!”

”We love the keys and were looking for a cozy place to stay. This cottage was a place to come home to after enjoying our days exploring. It had everything we needed. We are easy to please people. Thank you! ”

”What a little gem! We had 5 adults that all slept comfortably in this house. The dock is amazing! There is a block freezer for chum which was so helpful. We brought a boat that was easy to drop from the private boat ramp and dock in the basin for the week. Walt was super quick to respond for anything we needed. Highly recommend this house. We will be back!”
