”This location near train and restaurants is great. It’s a cool building. Check in was fast and friendly. The rooms are spacious with good amenities and great towels. It was nice to have access to laundry. The only thing missing was a small washcloth but that doesn’t seem to be a thing anywhere in UK😂”

”There is nothing special in this hotel chain. Old concept, needs refurbishing. The reseptionist did not explain the services at check in. Location near the railway station means there are drug users in the neighbourhood. ”

”We really loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk from the railway station. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. The room was clean and had enough space for all of our luggage. ”

”It's hard to say exactly what stood out as everything was amazing including the staff, the accommodations themselves and the services offered. We were helped with early breakfasts, spa services and understanding how to call an early taxi to get us to the airport. A truly beautiful place to stay as well; unique and the interior of the room we stayed in was quaint and perfect for our needs.”

”Rent och snyggt. Flexibel personal, vi fick checka in några timmar på förhand utan extra kostnad. Det var heller inga problem att lämna kappsäckar i lobbyn några timmar efter att vi checkade ut. Rekommenderar!”

”Clean, comfortable, very quite rooms. Great showers, lovely staff, 5 min walk from Central station. Many many dinning options locally. Spa is tiny, just a sauna, cold plunge and hot beds, there is a gym but I didn't use it. Breakfast was great, hot and cold food, self serve but topped up constantly and staff around all the time. ”

”Everything was really nice and smooth. The staff was really helpfull and the location was really good bunch of restaurants and bars as well as close to the central Station. The only thing to mention negatively was the flooring was made of wood so the noise’s from the upper floor come through, so depending the neighbor it could be noisy. ”

Lapsemme sairastui paljon checkoutin jälkeen, mutta henkilökunta auttoi vaivaa ja vaatteitaan säästämättä sekä lapsen hoitamisessa ja siivoamisessa että matkamme jatkamisessa. Huoneessa oli aika kuuma eikä minkäänlaista näköalaa ollut, mutta ne ovat lopulta pieniä ja ymmärrettäviä puutteita ottaen huomioon helleaalto ja hotellin sijainti.”
