”The rooms were decent and clean. On first day we had problems with not getting cold water at faucet, we thought someone was in the room because the TV was on until we figured out the TV doesn't turn off unless you unplug it (The girl at the front gave me a reason, but it didn't make sense), the volume on TV didn't work, and new led was needed for lamp it flickered. There were several people smoking outside the door and my husband was offered a toke in front of our kids. The breakfast was okay...

”I booked a king bed balcony and it was changed to a double bed room. I don’t get explanation or notice and was very disappointed. The staff wasn’t helpful in updating the room to the correct one and I had to stay in the same room with double.”

Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”

”Nautimme pienestä kuntosalista ja lämmitetystä ulkoaltaasta. Yhtenä päivänä vessa ei vetänyt kunnolla ja saimme sen kanssa heti apua, eikä ongelma palannut. Palvelua siis sai kun sitä tarvitsi, mutta olimme yllättyneitä passiivisesta kommunikaatiotyylistä. Yhtenä päivänä huonettamme ei oltu siivottu, emme tiedä miksi. ”Boomtown casino offers great rooms, but you might get a folding chair, and office chair, or an oversized (more comfortable) chair. For extended stays like ours, not having the more comfortable oversized chair is an issue. The parking lot is often dirty with trash left on the ground, and cats roam the property. The front desk staff are very night, but sometimes there is a shortage of towels, washcloths, linens, which is wholly inconvenient.”
