”We've stayed at this property for many years and it is always great! Perfect location, clean, great size for our family. The only thing I will say, and this is not a knock on the apartment, but rather an observation about Clayton, is that it seemed that Church Street was much busier and nosier than it had been in previous years. ”We actually didn’t stay. The door was unlocked upon arrival. The lockbox was open and the key in the doorknob. Bottom step was broken. It was 75 degrees in the house. We immediately turned the air down and waited at least 30 minutes but it never got cooler and it was even hotter upstairs. A huge wasp was in the downstairs bathroom that we couldn’t get to to kill. ”The location was excellent! So close to everything. Big beds and fully functional kitchen. I will say that the blinds in the front of the house and on the door could have been better but wasn’t a huge issue. The house could have been cleaned a bit better but for the most part it was well kept. The A/C worked great which is a huge plus for us. Host’s communication was excellent and helpful! Overall we enjoyed our stay! ”
