Just a 4km stroll through the olive groves will take you to the charming town of Todi, where you can explore its historic streets, visit local shops, and enjoy delicious Italian cuisine.

The villa's private pool is the perfect spot to soak up the sun, while the games room, the kiddies’ play area, the lavish pergola and outdoor furniture provide endless entertainment options.

As for the sumptuous sitting/dining room and the separate fully fitted kitchen/diner, what more to ask for!

With its tranquil atmosphere and stunning views, this villa is the perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing Italian getaway.

The villa sleeps a maximum of 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.

In San Damiano, a beautiful 4 km walk across the olive groves to Todi central !

Large EXCLUSIVE pool is situated in a sunny panoramic position below the house. A few metres from the house.

The pool is 12 x 6 m and has two depths one of 1.20 m and one of 1.40 m. It is internally faced with PVC and is illuminated at night. Roman steps lead down into the water. The border is in travertine.

Besides the pool is an outdoor shower.

Near the swimming pool there is a big gazebo furnished with table and chairs and comfortable sofa. The area is totally illuminated.

Around the villa there is a property of 20 hectares with sunflowers, olive trees and wheat.

There is a beautiful garden around the house

There is also a playground for children.

The villa has :

3 double bedrooms + 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be joined)

all the bedrooms have ceiling air fans

there are 5 bathrooms

3 double rooms have ensuite bathrooms : 2 with tubs and 1 with shower

both twin rooms have a bathroom with jacuzzi

5th bathroom is on ground floor and has a tub.

NOTE : Refundable damage deposit of 700 euros is our insurance against vandalism - wrecking of ping pong table, table football and/or burning of wooden dining room table and/or ripping off of washing machine door. We do not charge for normal breakages - crockery and glassware. To date we have never charged anyone !
