Casa El Patio ... rentoudu viihtyisällä patiolla lähellä merta!

Tervetuloa tähän lyhyeen virtuaalikierrokseen Casa El Patio -kadulla. Sijaitsemme Las Tunasin naapurustossa, Todos Santosin pohjoispuolella, lyhyen ajomatkan päässä historiallisesta alueesta, yhden mailin päässä pohjoisesta maailmanluokan surffauspaikka “La Pastora” ja kävelymatkan päässä koskemattomalta rannalta.
Casa El Patio on osa kahden espanjalaisen arkkitehdin suunnittelemia kahden itsenäisen talon kokonaisuutta, jotka on suunniteltu nykyaikaiseen tyyliin; 1250 neliömetriä Ft yksityistilaa odottaa sinua.
Käytämme terassilla, jossa toisella puolella on kaksi makuuhuonetta, erotettu keittokomero.
Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone, vaatekaappi ja kirjoituspöytä. Toisessa on kaksi sänkyä (jotka voidaan tarvittaessa yhdistää king-size-vuodeksi), oma kylpyhuone eurooppalaiseen tyyliin ja vaatekaappi.
Molemmat huoneet ovat merinäköalaa ja avautuvat suoraan terassille, joka on ehdottomasti houkuttelevin osa taloa, 700 neliömetrin ulkotiloista ilon pitämiseksi aamuista iltoihin. Tyyli erottuu meksikolaisen perinnön ominaisuuksista, ”Pulido” -sementin pinnoista, paikallisten käsityöläisten käsityöistä, mutta myös itämaisista muisteluista korotetulla arabialaistyylisellä lounge-tilassa, muistaen tuhansia ja yhtä yötä, maagiseen siestasi.
Hyvin varusteltu grillinurkka, jossa on sivuallas ja mukava sementtipöytä 6/8, täydentävät sisäkeittiön keittokomeroa.
Ei saa hukata auringossa / uima-alueella, ulkosuihku suoraan kaktus, ainutlaatuinen kokemus.
Yöllä taivaanäkymä on vaikuttava. Näet tähdet niin kirkkaina kuin olisimme planetaariossa ja kerran sängyssä kuulet rannalla rikkovia aaltoja.
Kaikki tämä asua ulkona, nauttia upeasta ilmastosta lempeiden varjojen alla, merituulen himoituna ja trooppisen puutarhan kehyksenä.
Lisämukavuutena tarjoamme vieraillemme ilmaisen pääsyn yksinoikeudella sijaitsevaan rantakerhoon "El Faro", jossa on kaunis uima-allas rannalla, joka sijaitsee noin 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä meistä.

Nice If Weather Is Just Right

We love Todos Santos and the area north of town, where El Patio is. It's a reasonable walk to the gorgeous, expansive beach. The owner, Rocco, was kind and gracious, did not intrude but checked in on us. The outdoor area is lovely and inviting, the pool and lounge area very nice. However, the only indoor spaces are the bedrooms, which were not very comfortable for hanging out when the weather was cloudy, cool and windy. The kitchen is quite small and rather limited so we wouldn't recommend expecting to cook much indoors. Some definite pluses and some minuses to this rental.

Everything you need!

Casa el patio has everything you need to enjoy your stay outside of Todos Santos. The beautiful pool and landscaping, ocean view, and essential kitchen items. We spent evenings lounging on the day bed and making dinner. I will say - the kitchen is a little awkward and doesn't really flow with the open/outdoor vibe of the rest of the house, but we made it work! Rocco was a great host :)

Haven of tranquility

This property was an amazing find. Layout was well thought out and the outdoor space is nicely integrated with the indoor space. Rocco, the owner, clearly has a knack for design and landscaping. Property is even better in real life than on photos. Sunsets are unreal!

Charming desert casita near the sea

Rocco's charming patio casita was just the right mixture of comfortable living on the covered patio, an inviting garden with many resident and migratory birds, a private location that's close to Santos Todos with markets, galleries, shops and great restaurants nearby. Clean two bedroom, two baths was just right for two couples. The galley kitchen has a two-burner gas stove, no microwave or oven-- but the gas grill on the patio served all of our needs. We intended to eat out at restaurants in the evenings, but found that it was so nice to spend evenings on the patio that we ended up grilling fresh fish (purchased from local fishermen) every night! If you are looking for a lovely desert garden setting, great hosts, fantastic birding right off your patio, close to town but private, comfortable outdoor living near Todos Santos, this is it!

Gorgeous piece of paradise. Birds, plants, ocean: PATIO

You might not understand the aptness of the name Casa El Patio until you've spent a day here. Soon you'll wonder why you live indoors at all. We even spent a night on the patio siesta couch. Rocco created such a gorgeous meditative space with a garden of native plants that attract a huge variety of colorful birds, outdoor lounging space, and an ocean view. We enjoyed walks to the beach and sound of waves crashing at night. Kitchen is small with basics needed for cooking (including spices and oils), and plenty of drinking water. Everything was clean and perfect. Yes there are mosquitos but they weren't too thick in late Feb. Cans of OFF are provided though we preferred our own natural stuff from home. House is 12 mins from town, easy to find, in a neighborhood with many foreigners and a few small shops and restaurants. We preferred to drive to town. The house was a fabulous retreat - we stayed 2 days but could stay 2 months.

I liked the openness of the property, the outdoor patio and daybed, the outdoor table and speakers for bluetooth. The rooms were comfortable but basic. The one disappointment was it's proximity to the beach. It was a confusing trail and crossed other properties. The kitchen was basic but nicely stocked with essentials.

Serene Beach Escape with Touches of Moroccan Design!

Incredible stay. Rocco was very communicative and accomodating. The layout of the property is amazing, with privacy for each of the bedrooms and a beautiful common outdoor area ideal for rest & work. Lovely

The place was as advertised. We spent the majority of out time in the outdoor living area. The bedrooms were strictly for sleeping. The kitchen was compact with everything easily accessible. Rocco met us the day we were there and then we saw him a couple times as he was working in the garden but he was not at all overbearing and we hardly knew he lived in the same house. He was accessible if needed for information and brought us clean towels within a week of our stay. The beach was about a ten minute walk and small intimate restaurants and coffee shops were a 25 minute walk. Very serene and peaceful. Thousand thanks to Rocco.

Rocco was a lovely host and very helpful. The setting of the house is just beautiful. Birds, flowers and whales abound. Be aware the beach near the house is not swimmable but is lovely for walking.

Beautiful home in a great location

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! Rocco was a terrific guest. It was lovely to be in a space that allowed us to be outside so much, in such a gorgeous garden. It was also nice to be within walking distance (5 minutes) to the beach. We enjoyed the sound of crashing waves at night. We would love to return!

The rooms were clean and each had a nice shower. We enjoyed the gardens and the sound of the birds in the nearby vegetation. The two bedrooms and the kitchen are not connected, rather they are all separate rooms entered by doors off the patio. Kitchen is on the smallish side but is well provisioned.
