”Gavin and Christopher have put a lot of thought into giving you an enjoyable stay at the Manorhaus Ruthin. The rooms are decorated reflecting welsh designs. The dining room has beautiful sculptures. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious with a lot of choice. The coffee was excellent. Overall we had a great week end stay. The Manorhaus is only minutes walking into the centre where there are several excellent eateries/restaurants”

”Lots to like here. Room was spacious and clean, staff were courteous and helpful, parking was ample, and location was a very pleasant stroll from town, 10-15 mins depending on pace. We ate here and the food was good, if a touch on the pricey side. We also had a massage which sadly wasn’t to our taste; the experience itself was good, again nice staff, pleasant surroundings, but we opted for deep tissue and got what I would describe as Swedish. ”Room was dated but clean and had everything we needed for one night. On arrival there was no one at reception and we had to wait quite a while to check in, in spite of staff walking past us waiting. We wanted to get dinner at the hotel but the staff closed the restaurant 30min early and wouldn't serve us. Again we waited at the bar while three members of staff chatted and ignored us. Would not recommend the service here.”

”Absolutely loved this property. It easily accommodated 6 adults. Extremely clean, tidy and well equipped. The location was fantastic and so easy to walk into the town. We even managed to park our cars right outside the house. Would highly recommend!”

”The rooms / bathroom need a real boost. Its old..beds are far to small for " normall size" people. There is a seperate cold and hot water in the sink.???? The outside does not tell how the inside of the rooms are. You can here the people in the room next to you.”

”Such a quaint old Welsh building in a lovely rural setting just outside of the market town of Ruthin (it is in the middle of a static caravan park but a very pleasant one). A great location for exploring the many places to see around the area . Rooms are of a good size and well equipped.
